BatterySorted is written by a licensed Queensland electrician and solar/battery designer. [Amir to confirm final wording and any employer disclosure.]
How we make money
- SortedDIY Basic (A$79): an automated PDF analysis of your meter data and quotes.
- SortedDIY Mid (A$99): the report plus the BatterySorted Kit (calculator, checklists and templates).
- SortedDIY Pro (A$349): the report and Kit plus a written Quote Review by a licensed electrician.
- SortedDesign (A$695): a remote, data-driven system design with a written report and a call.
- Solar Health Check (A$425): an on-site inspection of your existing solar with a detailed report, standalone or as an add-on.
Our rule: no commissions, per-lead fees or paid rankings, ever
What we don't do
- Sell batteries or installs
- Take commissions, referral fees or per-lead fees
- Pass your details to anyone
- Sell rankings or better reviews
Money we do take from installers (flat and disclosed)
- Installer toolkit licence: some installers pay a flat monthly licence (A$49–99) to use our checklist and calculator in their own quotes.
- Vetted-installer directory: installers in our directory pay a flat A$390/yr listing fee after passing vetting.
Every installer pays the same, the fee doesn't change their position, and it doesn't affect how we review any quote. If you send us a quote from a paying installer, our review tells you.
If any of this changes, we'll disclose it on this page.
